Every day across Australia, LGBTQIA+ people rely on community-led services for mental health support, legal assistance, social inclusion and more.

These services play a vital role in addressing the discrimination many people still face at work and in daily life. Yet the organisations delivering them are often under-resourced, even as demand continues to grow.

Sweat with Pride combines movement with fundraising to help deliver life-changing services and strengthen rainbow communities year-round.

Sign up

Choose your trainer and commit to 21 minutes (or more) of any type of movement each day in June.

Team up or go solo

Take part with coworkers and friends, or set your own pace.

Raise money
