Why I’m Sweating with Pride
It's hard to believe in this day and age that LGBTQIA+ people still face discrimination at work and in daily life.
I feel this is mostly due to a lack of education and as an ally I aim to help spread awareness and educate in my small world, and hope the ripples reach a greater audience.
If you're gonna talk the talk, then you gotta walk the walk!
That's why I'm moving for 21 minutes a day this June to raise money for life-changing services that strengthen rainbow communities.
