Our ambassadors will sweating right alongside you, and sharing their journey along the way to keep you inspired.

Joe Ball

Joe Ball (he/him) is the Victorian Commissioner for LGBTIQA+ Communities. Appointed in 2024, Commissioner Ball works to advance the health and wellbeing of LGBTIQA+ people by advocating to and across all levels of government.

During his tenure, Joe is championing the importance of preventative health as a strategy to address the health disparities experienced by LGBTIQA+ communities. He hopes to inspire more people to engage in regular movement and exercise. This, along with his enduring commitment to community-led solutions, is why he proudly accepted the invitation to be a Sweat with Pride ambassador.

Dom Thattil

Dom Thattil is a writer, speaker and commercial actor who uses his platform to advocate for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities through creative storytelling and authentic lived experience. He has worked with national brands and contributed to platforms like ABC and SBS, using content to spark conversations around inclusion and identity. As an ambassador for this year’s Sweat with Pride campaign, Dom brings visibility and energy to the cause, championing queer health and wellbeing.

Greta Hayes

Greta Hayes is an Australian hockey player & Olympian who is super passionate about using sport as a vehicle to drive positive change and inclusion. In 2023 she was an AIS Thrive with Pride Ambassador, in 2024 she was the Pride in Sport LGBTIQ+ Role Model of the Year, and currently works at Hockey Australia in the diversity and inclusion space.

Georgia Grace

Georgia Grace (she / her) is a certified sex educator, somatic therapist and author. She works in the field of somatic sexology, her approach is sex positive, inclusive and trauma-informed. She works with individuals and couples in session and has also developed and facilitated educational courses locally and globally for Universities, clinics, companies and therapists and presents on issues relating to sex, consent, pleasure and sexuality.

Campbell Harrison

Campbell Harrison is a professional Sport Climber and Olympian from Melbourne, Australia. After having tried a variety of sports that didn't quite click, he fell in love with climbing at the age of 9 and never looked back! Competition Climbing has taken Campbell all over the world, most notably the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

Erol Dalkic

Erol (he/him) is your friendly local doctor training to become a psychiatrist. Before medical school he worked for ACON running the Young Gay Men's Project (SPARK), appeared in Ending HIV campaigns, and started the ACON Middle Eastern Men's workshop (Middle East Social) for sexual and mental health education. He advocates for community and healthcare staff wellbeing as a Junior Doctor wellbeing rep for MD.O.K., assists a youth suicide prevention project in Western Sydney, and regularly gives talks on LGBT+ healthcare in hospitals.

He is a long time member of the Sydney Stingers Waterpolo team, currently shivering through a winter season. He clears his head every day cycling to hospital and loves meditating while looking after his potted balcony garden. 

Darcy Vescio

Darcy Vescio understands they have a unique platform as a marquee AFLW player with Carlton FC to further their advocacy work, and provide a voice for those that can’t, in the areas of multiculturalism and gender equality.  Growing up in a Chinese Italian family, Darcy has personal background and experiences to draw on when working within multicultural AFL and government supporting education, promotion, and inclusivity. As an openly non-binary athlete, they have become a trailblazer across gender diversity and equality and LGBT+ discussions.

Harry Cook

Harry Cook is an actor/writer/model with over 15 years of experience across film, television, and theatre.

Some credits include starring opposite Academy Award winner Geena Davis in Accidents Happen, Caught Inside, Old School (with Sam Neill and Bryan Brown) and FX’s Mr Inbetween, directed by Nash Edgerton. He won Best Supporting Actor at FilmOut San Diego for Drown, and recent TV credits include BUMP and Diary of an Uber Driver.

A published author, Harry’s memoir Pink Ink was released by HarperCollins. His queer YA novel Fin & Rye & Fireflies won the Scottish Teenage Book Prize, followed by Felix Silver, Teaspoons & Witches in 2022. He’s currently developing a feature screenplay and two novels. With 200K+ followers and over 2.7M monthly TikTok views, Harry is a prominent LGBTQI+ activist, nominated three times for Australian LGBTQ Awards, including LGBTQ Celebrity of the Year.

Sherrie Beaver

Sherrie Beaver (she/they) is Deaf, Queer, and an Auslan user working in social impact within the Deaf sector. As an activist and advocate, they centre intersectionality in their work, championing accessibility, Deaf gain, and inclusive change. In her spare time, Sherrie enjoys reading, coming up with terrible Dad jokes, and exploring new places. By participating in this campaign, she brings the richness of Auslan, a strong voice for accessibility, and a deep commitment to creating a world where Deaf people truly thrive.
