Kath Ebbs (they/them)
Kath Ebbs is a queer actor, presenter, writer, and content creator whose work centres visibility, advocacy, and storytelling. With more than 100,000 Instagram followers, Kath has built an engaged online community through meme culture and creative content. They have partnered with brands including Nike, Bonds, The Iconic and SBS, and co-created and starred in the TikTok web series Self Care. In 2022, Kath appeared as Asher on Neighbours, becoming the first non-binary character on an Australian soap opera.
Mitch Brown (he/him)
Mitch Brown is an advocate, speaker, and former AFL player passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and creating safer cultures. In 2025, he became the first bisexual man, past or present, to publicly come out in AFL history, helping spark important conversations around representation, belonging, and healthier masculinity. As a Sweat with Pride ambassador, Mitch champions the power of movement, community, and creating spaces where people feel safe to show up fully as themselves.
Lou Keck (she/her)
Lou Keck is a speaker, facilitator, and culture strategist passionate about belonging, wellbeing, and inclusive culture. A former CEO of The Reach Foundation, she brings leadership expertise and lived experience to her role as a Sweat with Pride ambassador. Lou is passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, connected, and free to be themselves. She strongly believes in movement and exercise as protective factors for mental health, and loves spending time outdoors and exercising in community with others.
Ami Manukia (he/him) aka King Cuuntessa
Ami Manukia, also known as King Cuuntessa, is a performance artist, motivator, and advocate for authentic self-expression. Their work is grounded in community, reciprocity, and empowering people to embrace who they are. Alongside performing, Ami works as a group trainer in the fitness industry, helping people build strength, confidence, and connection through movement. Passionate about wellness and human connection, Ami encourages others to unlock their fullest potential and feel empowered to take up space exactly as they are.
Joe Ball (he/him)
Joe Ball is the Victorian Commissioner for LGBTIQA+ Communities and a national advocate for equality, mental health, and community safety. With more than a decade of experience in social services, he advises government on policies affecting LGBTIQA+ communities and works to strengthen responses to discrimination and violence. Joe is passionate about preventative health, wellbeing, and community-led change, and proudly supports initiatives that encourage people to connect through movement, inclusion and shared experiences.
