Why I’m Sweating with Pride
This June, I’m committing to 42+ minutes of movement each day in support of LGBTQIAP+ communities to raise money for life-changing services—because everyone deserves to live, work, and exist with dignity, safety, and pride.
Too many people in our rainbow communities still face discrimination, exclusion, and harm in their daily lives. I believe in a world grounded in equity, human rights, and genuine belonging—and this is one small way I can stand in solidarity and help create that change.
Every dollar raised goes toward vital, life-changing services that challenge injustice, uplift community wellbeing, and support LGBTQIAP+ people not just in moments of crisis, but every single day.
